Director
Reconstructing and telling stories of all kinds
From the New York Film Academy to international festivals: a journey through documentaries, music videos, and behind-the-scenes footage
My Directorial Debut: The Documentary Sisterhood
New York, a basketball court, and a story to tell
It all started at the New York Film Academy, where I attended a documentary filmmaking master’s program thanks to the “Torno Subito” scholarship from the Lazio Region. While playing basketball with the Ladies Who Hoop team on the courts near Harlem—my neighborhood at the time—I discovered a unique community.
That’s where the idea was born: to tell the story of women’s street basketball, connecting my experiences with teams in Rome, Beirut, and New York. The result was Sisterhood, my directorial debut: a documentary about sisterhood in sport across three corners of the world and the role of women in breaking stereotypes and challenging prejudice.

Originally self-produced and later co-produced by independent producer Alfa Multimedia (Silvia Innocenzi), Sisterhood became a small but impactful media success, traveling across national and international film circuits:

Next Projects: Music Videos & Behind-the-Scenes
Music Video “Sisterhood” – Oracy
Born from the original soundtrack of the documentary, the Sisterhood video was created in collaboration with London-based rapper Oracy.
- A visual journey through the concept of sisterhood and feminist struggles across the world.
- Archival footage curated with Francesca Bracci via the AAMOD (Audiovisual Archive of the Workers’ and Democratic Movement), combined with private contributions.
- Premiered on I Am Hip-Hop Magazine and selected for HipHopCineFest in Rome.
Behind-the-Scenes of the Film “LALA” by Ludovica Fales
I followed the production and directed the behind-the-scenes content for LALA, a manifesto film advocating for the right to citizenship for an “invisible generation.”
- A journey into the search for identity in a world that denies recognition.
- A behind-the-scenes look at a story of struggle and hope.
My Directorial Approach
Nearly all of my projects stem from a personal perspective and lived experiences, often focusing on feminist themes and narratives centered on women.
